Who you are buying from

Made-to-order products

Everything we sell is carved to order from natural stone. By placing an order you confirm that the dimensions and specification you gave us are correct, and that you have read our Returns policy for custom goods.

Natural stone

Marble is a natural material. Veining, colour and pattern vary from block to block and cannot be reproduced exactly from a photograph. We show you a photo of your actual slab before cutting. Small natural inclusions, fossil marks and colour shifts are characteristics of the stone, not faults.

Dimensional tolerance

Hand-finished stone is produced to a tolerance of approximately ±5 mm (0.2") on each dimension. Anything outside that is our error and we remake it free of charge.

Prices and quotes

Prices for custom pieces are quoted individually and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude import duties and local taxes unless we state otherwise in writing.

Approval steps

Production only starts after you approve (1) the technical drawing and (2) a photo of the actual slab. Before shipping we send you final photos of the finished piece.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disaster, strike, customs delay, carrier failure, quarry closure). We will always tell you promptly and offer a new date or a full refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Nothing here limits any statutory consumer rights you have in your own country.
