Returns & Cancellations
In short: you can cancel free of charge before we cut the stone. After that, because each piece is carved to your own dimensions, we cannot take it back — but if anything is wrong with it, we fix it at our cost.
Free cancellation
You may cancel and receive a 100% refund at any time before the stone is cut — that is, before you approve the slab photo and the drawing (usually the first 48 hours).
After production starts
Once the marble has been cut to your dimensions, the piece is unique to you and cannot be returned or resold. This is the standard exception for custom-made goods. We show you a photo of the actual slab and a technical drawing, and we only start cutting after you approve.
If something is wrong — we fix it
- Damaged in transit: photos within 48 hours → free remake or full refund.
- Not what was agreed (wrong size, wrong stone, our error): free remake, we cover shipping both ways.
- Manufacturing defect: free remake.
Natural variation in veining and colour is not a defect — every block of marble is different, which is why we show you your exact slab before carving.
Samples
Marble sample pieces are non-returnable due to their low value and shipping cost.
