What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, delivery address.
- Order details: the piece, dimensions, stone choice, photos you send us.
- Technical data: basic, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type).
We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we only see that a payment succeeded.
Why we use it
To quote, produce and deliver your order, to send you production photos and shipping updates, and to answer your questions. We also need your phone number because FedEx requires it for delivery.
Who we share it with
- FedEx — name, address and phone, to deliver your crate.
- Our payment provider — to take payment securely.
- Our own workshops — the technical details of your piece.
We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Enquiries that do not turn into an order are deleted after 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK (GDPR), these rights apply to you by law.
Cookies
This site uses only what is needed to work and to count visits anonymously. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.
