Shipping & Delivery

Production time

Every piece is made to order. Production takes 3–5 weeks after you approve the stone and the technical drawing. Large or complex pieces may take longer — we always tell you the real date up front.

Shipping

We ship worldwide with FedEx Express, typically 2–4 business days after your final approval. You receive a tracking number as soon as the crate leaves our workshop.

Packaging

Marble is heavy and brittle, so we do not take chances: every piece travels in a custom-built wooden crate with dense foam padding and film wrapping. Crates are built around each individual piece in our own workshop.

Customs & duties

Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price and are payable by the recipient on delivery. FedEx will contact you directly if anything is due. Duty rates depend on your country and the product category.

If it arrives damaged

Photograph the crate and the piece within 48 hours of delivery and send the photos to [email protected]. We will remake and reship the piece, or refund you in full — your choice. This is our own guarantee, not an insurance claim you have to chase.

Your right to cancel for delay

If we cannot ship within 30 days of the agreed date, you may cancel for a full refund.
